· Known as "Holy Wood", Palo Santo has been used for thousands of years to cleanse energy. When burned, Palo Santo can purify both people and spaces of negative energies or be used for aromatherapy.

· This Palo Santo wood is the 'spicy' variety and has a woody scent with remnants of lemon, pine and mint.

· Light the end of the stick, allow the flame to burn around the tip, then after about a minute, extinguish the flame and carefully waft the smoke with your hand.
